This tea set is kid tested and approved!
This set contains the tea tray, pot, creamer, sugar bowl, sugar spoon, 6 sugar cubes, 4 plates, 4 cups, a napkin, 2 chocolate chip cookies, 2 macaroons, a tea holder, 4 tea covers and 4 tea bags! My kids and I are in LOVE with this set! We will be sad to see it go, but mommy needs to earn some cash!

sc2tog – single crochet 2 stitches into one single crochet stitch

Tea Tray: use 4.5 hook, bulky grey yarn
Row 1: ch 32, sc in 2nd ch from hk and across ea ch (31)
Row 2- 26: ch 1, turn, sc across (31)
Switch to rounds:
Rd 1: Fold in half, sc around in both thicknesses, working 3 sc in each corner
Rd 2-3: sc around
sl st, fo
Handles (make 2) with grey bulky yarn
Row 1: ch 12, 2sc in 2nd ch and 2 sc in ea ch
sl st, fo and sew to each side of the tray
Sugar Bowl: with 3.5 hk in white
Rd 1: ch 2, 8 sc in 2nd ch from hk
Rd 2: 2sc around (16)
Rd 3: (sc, 2sc) around (24)
Rd 4: in back lps, sc around (24)
Rd 5-7: sc around (24)
Rd 8: attach pink: sc around (24) fo pink
Rd 9: in white, sc around (24)
Rd 10: in back bumps only, sc around (24)
sl st and fo. Weave in ends
WIth PINK embroider “SUGAR” along the front
Sugar cubes: (make 6) with 3.5 hk in white
Row 1: ch 4, sc in 2nd ch from hk and in next two st (3)
Row 2-6: ch 1, turn, sc in 3 st (3)
sl st, fo, sew closed
Sugar Spoon: in grey
Rd 1: ch 2, 8 sc in 2nd ch from hk
Rd 2: 2sc around (16)
Rd 3: in back bumps only, sc around (16)
Switch to Rows:
Row 1: ch 10, sc in each st down and in sc where foundation ch began (10
Row 2: ch 1, turn, sl st in back lps only, up sc of ch (10)
sl st, fo, sew handle to sc beside ch for extra security
Finishing: Add pink to handle, sc down handle and around the spoon, (approx 25 st)
sl st and fasten off. weave in ends.
Tea Holder: with 3.5 hk in white
Row 1: ch 7, sc in 2nd ch from hk and in ea ch (6)
Row 2-7: ch 1, turn, sc across (6)
Switch to rounds
Rd 1: sc all the way around, working 3sc in each corner
Rd 2: in the back lps only, sc around
Rd 3: sc around
Rd 4: Attach pink: sc around, fo pink
Rd 5: in white, sc around working 3sctog in corners
sl st, fasten off
Embroider “TEA” in pink
Tea Bag Cover – with 3.5 hk (make 4 but use 4 different colours to represent different kinds of tea. I used green, yellow, orange and brown)
Row 1: ch 8, sc in 2nd ch from hk and in ea ch down (7)
Row 2-12: ch 1, turn, sc across (7)
sl st, fo, leaving a long end to sew
Fold your cover in half. Sew both sides, leaving the top open
Place the tea covers inside the tea holder
Tea Bags (make 4) with 3.5 hk and doily yarn
Row 1: ch 12, hdc in 2nd ch from hk and in each ch down (11)
Row 2-6: ch 2, turn hdc across (11)
sl, st, fo, leaving a long end for sewing
Fold in half and then fold in half again
sl stitch or sew the sides. Put a few short strings of yarn inside to represent tea leaves, such as green, red, brown etc. sl st or sew the top closed. Make sure to still leave a long end as this will be the tea bag string
Tea Label: (make 4) with 3.5 hk: match the colour of the tea holder to the colour of the tea label
Row 1: ch 6, sc in 2nd ch from hk and in each ch down (5)
Rows 2-3: ch 1, turn sc across (5)
sl st and fo. Fold in half.
In black: embroider “TEA”
Sew tea bag string to the label. Sew label shut
Creamer: with 3.5 hk and white
Rd 1: ch 2, 8sc in 2nd ch from hk (8)
Rd 2: 2 sc around (16)
Rd 3: (2sc, sc) around (24)
Rd 4: in back lp only, sc around (24)
Rd 5-11: sc around (24)
Rd 12: in pink: sc around (24) fo pink
Rd 13: in white, sc in 10, (snout) tc in 4, sc in 10 (24)
Rd 14: (handle) ch 10, sl st to rd 4, sc back up ch and sl st to top and continue to sl st to tc. sc in ea back post of the 4 tc. sl back around to handle
fo and weave in ends
Tea Pot: with 3.5 hk and white
Rd 1: ch 2, 8sc in 2nd ch from hk (8)
Rd 2: 2 sc around (16)
Rd 3: in back lps only, sc around (16)
Rd 4: sc around (16)

Chocolate chip cookies (make 2) in light brown
Cookie top
Rd 1: ch 2, 8sc in 2nd ch from hk (8)
Rd 2: 2sc around (16)
Rd 3: in back lps only, sc around (16)
Rd 4: sc around (16)
sl st, fo, leave a long end for sewing
Chocolate Chips: in dark brown
Make knots to represent chocolate chips along the cookie top
Cookie bottom in light brown
Rd 1: ch 2, 8sc in 2nd ch from hk (8)
Rd 2: 2sc around (16)
Rd 3: (sc, 2sc) around (24)
sl st, fo
Sew the top to the bottom, stuffing lightly with fiberfill stuffing before closing off.
Macaroons (make 2). I used dark purple and dark blue for the cookie with light purple and light blue for the icing:

Rd 1: ch 2, 8sc in 2nd ch from hk (8)

sl st, fo stuff lightly, and sew closed
Icing
With the lighter shade, sc between Rds 3 and 4 of the cookie, all the way around. sl st, fasten off and weave in ends
